First Advent, time for rest and all the other things you have to do

Today it's first Advent. We celebrate it here in different ways. C went to the church, I listened to the service on the radio, had a long breakfast and then went for a walk.
But what we all did was light the first candle in the Advent candlestick.
I bought candles with numbers on, and placed them on saucers that I found on the internet. They are from the Swedish porcelain factory Gustafsberg and is called Salix, it's one of my favourites, but I've never found the cups, so this was a good way of using the saucers.

Happy Advent to all of you, now I'm going to wrap the first chrismas gifts and make some carnation oranges.
